How do I open a ticket?

Opening a ticket is extremely easy.

  1. Locate the support icon: Click on the support icon. You'll find it on the bottom right-hand side of the page.

  2. Open support options: Clicking the icon will open our support options.

  3. Choose your ticket type: Select the type of ticket that best describes your issue. Complete all the necessary information in the form.

  4. Submit your ticket: Once you've filled out all the fields, click the submit button.

  5. Wait for a response: Our team will get back to you within 3 business days.
