Ensure that:

  • Make sure you have imported the wallet that contains the NFNode.

  • The wallet you used to onboard your device is set as your Main Wallet.

  • You can't claim if you are in an account that was not the one used to onboard the device, even if you have imported the wallet that contains the NFNode. Your device is linked to the account where the device was onboarded and to the wallet that contains the NFNode.

  • Biometric authentication is enabled to complete the transaction.

  • You have enough funds (in SOL) in that wallet to cover the transaction fee.
