What steps should I take if I lose my wallet key?

Wayru does not store or recover your seed phrase. It is essential to keep your seed phrase. If you lose your wallet key, you will permanently lose access to your wallet and any assets it contains (for example, a hotspot). Unfortunately, Wayru cannot assist with recovering lost keys.
