The error you're encountering could be due to a Solana congestion or insufficient balance.

  • When this error occurs, please check your transaction history to see if a fee was charged. If no fee was charged, please try again.

  • If a fee was charged but the minting process didn't complete, please provide us with your wallet address and, if possible, the transaction link so we can investigate and assist you.

  • Another potential cause is an insufficient balance to cover the transaction fee. Please remember that the value of SOL fluctuates, so it's advisable to have slightly more than the exact transaction amount. We recommend adding a bit more SOL and attempting the transaction again.
    The most common problem is having the exact amount to pay, add an extra $5/$10 so that the transaction doesn't fail, you are not charged more, Solana only prioritizes that transaction.
