You can connect to either the Wayru WiFi or Wayru Mobile networks.

Connecting to Wayru WiFi

1. To connect to the Wayru WiFi network, be near a Wayru hotspot.

2. Open the WiFi settings on your phone, laptop, tablet, or any device that supports a captive portal. Look for the Wayru WiFi network and click on it.

3. In a few seconds, a captive portal will open. This portal is available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Click "Connect Now."

4. You'll need to watch a short ad, and once it's finished, click the "X" and then "Connect."

5. Wait a few seconds, and once you see "Start," you're ready to browse for free for 20 minutes. You can repeat this process as many times as you like.

Connecting to Wayru Mobile

1. To connect to the Wayru Mobile network, you must first download the Wayru WiFi app and create an account.

2. Go to the "Account" page and click the "Passpoint" tab.

3. Here, you'll find instructions on how the process works. Once you're ready, click on "Configure."

4. Accept the prompt to add the Wayru network to your device, and wait a few seconds for the configuration to complete.

5. Once it's ready, go to your WiFi settings, find the Wayru Mobile network, and click on it. Wait a few seconds, and you'll be connected.mFrom now on, your device will connect automatically when you're near a Wayru Mobile network.
