If you’re unable to connect, consider the following:
Ensure you are close enough to the network. Check your WiFi settings to confirm that the network is within range.
If connecting to a shared network, the password might have changed.
If you’re low on data credits, check your balance and watch ads to earn more.
Types of networks you can connect to:
Wayru WiFi: In the Wi‑Fi settings on your device, click on the Wayru WiFi network. A captive portal will open, and after watching a short ad, you'll connect for free for 20 minutes. You can repeat the process as many times as you like. This network is ideal for passersby, short-term visitors, or users needing a quick, temporary connection.
Wayru Mobile: You can connect to this network by searching for it in the app explorer and configuring your Passpoint credentials. Once your profile is configured, your mobile device will be able to connect automatically to all Wayru networks. You can go to your device's Wi‑Fi settings, click on the Wayru Mobile network, and you will connect automatically without needing any passwords.
Shared networks: These are networks that users have shared in the app. These networks are not managed by Wayru, and the password information may be outdated.
