Installation
Method 1 – By scanning the eSIM QR Code
Press Install eSIM button and the QR Code will be displayed.
Scan your QR code and add the confirmation code if prompted.
Method 2 – By adding the eSIM manually
Press Install eSIM button
Press Copy eSIM code button
Go to your phone settings
Tap on Network & Internet
Tap the Add icon next to Mobile Network
Tap Next when asked, “Don’t have a SIM card?”
Tap Enter Code Manually. You will be asked to enter your SM-DP+Address in the following format: LPA:1$SMDP+ADDRESS$ACTIVATIONCODE. Paste the code obtained before.
Note: The eSIM QR code is unique and can be installed only once. If you have lost or changed your device or removed the eSIM accidently, you need to purchase a new one. We will support transferring the unused data to your new line.
Activation
Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network
Enable Mobile data
Enable Data Roaming (Please turn off your primary line to avoid roaming charges from your carrier provider when overseas)
