You can contact the Wayru support team directly through the eSIM app.
Here's how:
Open the Wayru eSIM app
Go to "Account" section
In "Account Settings" you'll find the "Help" option:
Tapping on it will redirect you to the Wayru support page where you can choose between eSIM assistance or Wayru Hotspot support
There you'll find all the necessary information and resources
If you need to open a support ticket, simply click the green button which will take you to the ticket system where you can create one and get assistance
