I can’t connect to a network from the app.

If you cannot connect to a network, consider the following:

  • You might be too far from the network.

  • For shared networks (not Wayru Hotspot), the password may have changed.

  • You might not have enough data credits.

If the problem is that you cannot properly configure your Passpoint profile, please try it from another device. Record the error and open a support ticket.
