This error may be due to attempting to claim rewards from another account in the app. Remember that your device has a link with the wallet containing the NFNode and the app account where it was minted.

Check by logging in with another email, this is a very common error. Remember to save your wallet keys before re-importing them. *Wayru does not custody keys.
